Dear Humanistic Archipelago TN Coordinators, Teams and Friends,
I wish to confirm that, as announced, we
will hold the HUMAN PLUS 2006 Conference
on Im/Emigration and Mobility in European Culture, Society
and Citizenship in Pisa on 30 June - 1 July 2006 (arrival
on Thursday 29 June and departure on Sunday 2 July). We have
reserved rooms for five persons from each partner Thematic
Network for three nights with arrival on 29 June in different
hotels near the University and the Leaning Tower area.
I certainly hope that all partners will be represented, because the meeting
will be very important and also, I think, fun.
In the summer many tourists come to Pisa, so we need to have
your confirmation really very soon, so that we can hold the
hotel rooms for you.
Please be sure that you advise me or Pasquale Cuomo by 15 June
at the very latest.
As usual European Commission rules are based on the principle
that all costs must be reasonable; air tickets must be low
cost airlines or APEX tickets; if you come by car you can ask
to be reimbursed to the price of a first class train ticket.
If you wish to bring another person (spouse, child, partner
etc.) you will be responsible for paying the difference for
the double room, but the amount is very small, and I think
that all concerned will have an enjoyable time.

To TN Coordinators: Please let us know as soon as possible who from your Network can come to the Pisa meeting Plenary.
