The Conference will take place in the building of the Royal Belgian Academy of Sciences, “Palais de l’Academie”, in Hertogsstraat / rue Ducale 1, 1000 Brussels, " Rubens Room".
The Palace is very close to the Royal Palace, in the centre of Brussels.
